🏢 Terms & Conditions for Clients (Employers)

Recruitment Fee:
  • 8.33% of the annual CTC (equivalent to one month’s gross salary) for every candidate hired through Hihopes Career Solutions.
Payment Timeline:
  • The service charge is to be paid within 30 days of the candidate’s joining date.
Free Replacement:
  • If the candidate leaves within 90 days of joining, we will provide one free replacement.
No Refund Policy:
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, under any circumstances.
Hiring Validity:
  • Shared candidate profiles remain valid for 1 year. Hiring them within this period will be chargeable.

Registration:
  • All candidates must register by paying a non-refundable fee of ₹700.
    Registration is valid for 1 year and allows access to our recruitment services.
Service Charge

  • 50% of One Month’s Salary (30 Days)

  • 20% payable upon joining

  • Remaining 30% payable within 30 days

Timely payment is required to avoid legal action or disqualification from future job support.

For roles such as:

  • Drivers, Electricians, Plumbers, Technician
  • Packers, Peons, Helpers, Security Guards & Housekeeping Staff

  • Collection, Delivery, Showroom, Store & Supermarket Staff

🔹 A Service Charge of ₹2500 to ₹5000 is payable before the interview.

🟦 Terms & Conditions for Part-Time Jobs

For part-time roles:

  • Showroom, Store, Assistants, Helpers, Delivery, Sales, Office Boys etc.

🔹 A Service Charge of ₹2500 is payable before the interview.

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Candidates are required to sign a Consent Form at the time of joining.
  • Legal action will be taken in case of non-payment or fraud.
